The Senior Director of Patient Access Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of front-end services at R1. This individual will be instrumental in identifying new ways to enhance performance at our customers' sites and will work closely with front-end team members to implement effective solutions.
Here’s What You Can Expect
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process, cost, and patient satisfaction improvements in scheduling processes.
Challenge best practices and seek opportunities for process improvements that enhance patient, provider, and operational performance measures.
Collaborate actively with various shared service functions to develop a one-team mindset.
Demonstrate the ability to gain buy-in and drive change across an entire client department, including leadership and staff.
Participate in and facilitate client meetings to drive collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED
8-10 Years of Revenue Cycle Management experience – with at least 5 years of leadership experience
Strong experience leading the Revenue Cycle Operations within a Hospital setting and/or demonstrated, relevant client management and consulting skills and domain knowledge
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $125,572.00 - $204,682.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
