R1 RCM System Access Operations Associate I in Boise, Idaho

As our System Access Operations Associate, you will help manage employee access for client system and other network accounts. Every day you will, request, create and terminate access for all users in various systems and troubleshooting baseline access issues as assigned. To thrive in this role you must, have a high attention to detail, experience maintaining private information and able to think critically and problem solve.

Here’s what you will experience working as a System Access Operations Associate:

  • You will manage user access across various internal and external systems, including client systems and payor websites.

  • You will provide first-level troubleshooting for access issues and escalate to IT support or management when necessary.

  • You will keep detailed access logs, perform regular audits, and report findings to management.

  • You will foster positive relationships with client teams and internal customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • You will analyze trends in access-related issues and recommend process improvements, while maintaining access processes, procedures, and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $15.68 - $23.46 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
